We’ve been building software for Arizona shops. AI employees are the work now.
Graywill is a Tucson software shop. We built websites, back-office systems, and the tools small businesses across Arizona actually run on. We don’t have an office. We work with the shop.
AI is new. Most of the owners we know are aware of it and not skilled in it. They’ve tried the tools. They’re still doing the follow-up, the quoting, and the inbox at night.
That’s the work a dedicated AI employee can take, if you build it like a job instead of a demo. A person who owns a slice of the operation and does not need to be reminded. Those hires are expensive, slow, and often impossible to find.
So that’s what we do now. We build AI employees for businesses that are ready, and too busy to become an AI company on the side.
How we show up
- We come to the shop when the work needs it. We don’t keep an office for you to visit.
- We write in plain language. If it sounds like a pitch deck, we throw it out.
- We tell you when not to hire us. A chatbot bookmark is sometimes enough.
- We stay after it ships. Unsupervised employees drift. These don’t get to.
